Delivery Locations

Products are shipped within the USA. Please note, currently we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Expedited Delivery: Available at an additional cost, expedited shipping ensures delivery within 3-5 business days from the dispatch date.

Shipping Costs: Costs vary based on the delivery method chosen, the weight of the package, and the final destination. Total shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rooma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items in Transport

If you receive a damaged package, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately at info@bahamasmedia.com. Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
